Akshay Soman

Violinist, Music Composer and Arranger,  playing Violin since the age of three years. Developed own style including both North Indian classical gayaki style and western style of playing Violin. Have Violin experience of over 25 years and also completed sangeet visharad and Alankar (i.e Master Degree in music) at Gandharva Mahavidyalaya. Currently pursuing Sangeetacharya.

Running Pune’s oldest and most renowned Violin Academy  “Gurukrupa Violin And Sangeet Shastra Vidyalay” under the guidance of mother and guru Mrs. Rashmi Soman. Performed at concerts and live shows including Zee Tv, Zee Yuva, Sony, Colors, FTII and lot more in India and throughout the world under own music band “Gurukrupa Violin Breathless Band”.

Running own firm for promoting Indian Classical Music through live shows and concerts, under which many legends had performed, such as Ustad Zakir Hussain, Ustad Amjad Ali Khan, Ustad Rashid Khan Saheb, PT. Vijay Ghate, Ustad Shahid Parvez Khan and many more.
